Aren’t Class IV Lasers not allowed to be used at international public venues and competitions?

No. Class IV lasers are specifically prohibited for use due to their potential for
permanent eye damage or skin burning. FDA/OSHA regs clearly state Class IV Laser hazard potential has strict safety requirements; dedicated room, blacked out windows, alarms, protective eyewear for everyone in room, etc. Multi Radiance Lasers are FEI approved for top level equestrian competitions and were the laser therapy device used in the treatment facilities for riders and horses at the last World Equestrian Games.
